Wetland Delineation
requires training in soil analysis, vegetation I.D., and identification of hydrologic indicators. Differing site conditions demand field experience to properly evaluate the situation and to locate the true wetland line. Palmer Biological Services' staff is Florida DEP trained and has years of practical field experience...including experience in land surveying. Numbered, flagged markers are placed in the field along the wetland line for location by the project land surveyor. The surveyor then adds the wetland line to the final property survey drawing...this allows the client to design the project with minimal impact to the wetland or wetlands buffer. Once the delineation is complete, our staff is always available to meet with the client or regulatory reviewers.
