All projects require the acquisition of some type of permit...environmental permits ensure that the development of a parcel of land meets requirements set forth in rules that come from federal, state and/or local authorities. Project completion depends upon a consultant that understands the process...and can guide a client from one step to the next...making recommendations along the way that speed up the process and save money. Palmer Biological specializes in working with clients who need to know how to get through permitting of their project. Give us a call and we'll make sure all of your questions are answered.

During the initial phase of a new condominium project, the bulldozer operator cleared the wrong side of a flagged wetland line. The project was immediately stopped. Palmer Biological staff developed a restoration plan that was quickly approved by the St. Johns River Water Management District and local authorities. Soon thereafter, we replanted the cleared wetland area with native vegetation and the project was able to resume.
